A brief history of webpaageIt was in 1999 when I went to Firdaus CJ, a dear cousin of mine, and shared with him about an idea I could not sleep with. I shared with him about what could be made of a url like this; http://romeo.withlove.to/juliet. After that night, little did we know about how our lives would be changed, for the better or worse. So here is a zipped version of this story. CJ wrote me a check immediately so I could pay some bills and together we raised close to 3 million, made a startup and crashed it when the bubble of 2001 burst. We also lost the ownership to all the hundreds of .to domains that we had. We went our seperate ways for a few years and found that our passion of these urls have not been diminished. Checked the registry and found that many great .to domains are still available. Apparently no one in the world has been thinking alike. We raised some seed funds and got cranking again. So here I am. This time round, the urls are personal. But they are personally business! webpaage is home to probably the most elegant, expressive and personal business urls you can find in the world. We have come a long way and we have successfully tested and proven the use of these urls in real-world sales and marketing applications.
